Mom just bought a new Mercedes Benz S-Class

Mother recently bought a new laptop worth $2,400; a gift she gave herself for her promotion to senior managership in the purchasing department. She brought home that expensive Mac last week and dad really didn’t quite approve the purchase. Why? Because of three reasons: First, mom has already two notebooks she is currently using- one, issued by the company and the other one is my gift to her a year ago for their anniversary, dad has one too. He is wondering how mom would be able to use the three simultaneously. Second reason is that it’s too expensive. Mom just bought a new Mercedes Benz S-Class 3 months ago. Although it was her price for the whole family after winning in the town’s annual hamburger eating contest, it’s still of no use to most of us as we have our own wheels and trucks. And the last reason and probably a funny concern, she is not that into the technical portion of the computers. She doesn’t even know how to connect usb to motherboard or reformat her laptops if needed. Perhaps the most that she can over the edge to her laptops is she knows how to connect midi keyboard to mac. She loves playing the piano, but our baby grand piano was left at he old house when we moved to Wisconsin. My mother is an impulsive buyer. Something that I did not inherit. Maybe because dad is always there to watch out for my every purchase. He would always remind me to save and save for the future. An advice he is successful to inject to me, but not with mom. Mom has her ways in keeping up with dad’s annoyance every time she shops for things that are unnecessary.
