They say, “Pretty girls are always hungry.” Well in literal sense, it is quite true, taking into perspective today’s scenario, girls tend to remain hungry rather than getting fat. They try to remain thin or swear to die in the said attempt because obesity is the root of almost all the evil diseases. And what troubles these girls most is the fat getting deposited on their thighs relentlessly. The reason behind this is thighs are the place where the initial fat deposition takes place in women.  So, initially, all they are concerned with is how to lose thigh fat fast. The first thing they go for is Dieting. They remain starved and eventually land up with various deficiencies. Moreover, dieting is not as effective as it sounds. Traditional dieting schemes make you eat less to cut your calorie intake but gradually the body adapts to this low calorie diet by slowing up fat metabolism. Therefore, you may never end up losing fat but become malnourished instead. So, not only girls do not get to eat as they like, make their life difficult but also they may never get the likely result. Doctors have the answer to this problem called Calorie Shifting. Initially adopted by doctors to make patients lose weight with a fast pace before they get operated, this concept has become publicly known. With calorie shifting scheme, you eat few calories initially followed by high calorie diets to keep the body metabolism high. Thus dieting can only be effective if done according to calorie shifting schemes and it makes losing thigh fat a relatively easy task.
