If you live in the United States then you know that there are many different government auctions around. Things like these are actually not uncommon in many other places. In fact if you live in Canada then you should be able to enjoy the same benefits of having government sales.

Looking for Canadian government auctions is not difficult to do. All you have to do is look for the main office in charge which is the Public Works and Government Services Canada. This is the main branch of the government in charge of auctions.

They have set up what is known as Eight Crown distribution Centers all around the country for their sales. Wherever you are you just need to look for the next distribution close to you and you will be within reach of all the great surplus items and bargains that the government has to offer.

Joining in these auctions is easy as well. Simply sign up and you should already be able to have access to the displays and or brochures that feature what is for sale. Once a sale is about to take place you’ll learn about it and you can participate in the live auction.

Don’t forget that there are also Canadian government auction websites that you can make use of in case there isn’t any auction near you. Don’t forget to check this out; either of these are a great way to get hold of items at a very low cost.
