There was a young man who was not too smart in some of the ways of the world.  One might say he was innocent and too willing to trust people.  He tried to have people be his friend.  One day, Uncle Brian, a former neighbor, stopped by and asked him if he wanted to go for a ride.  Brian had to go to pick up a used part for his truck and thought the young man might want to go along.  As they were leaving, Brian said to the young man, “Oh by the way, I forgot my tool box, how about throwing yours in the back of the truck.” And off they went.

They drove to another county where Brian pulled up along the street and stopped the truck.  He said he would be right back.  The young man sat in the truck.  He did not even notice that Brian had grabbed the tool box.  The next thing that the young man knew was that he was being arrested on a Criminal Tools charge.  He hired an attorney and when he went to court, he was found guilty, even though he did not have any idea of what had been going on.

Finally, he want to another attorney to try to expuge record florida.  This attorney felt that it would be quite possible that this could happen.  First of all, Uncle Brian admitted that the young man did not have any idea what was going on. (Brian had been found guilty and sentenced to ten years).  Then it also helped that the young man had a pretty clean record.  There were a few traffic violations, but nothing more.   He was holding down a full time job, and his boss was willing to put in a good word for him about his work record and his work ethic.

When the trial date came to try to get the expuge record florida, the young man was very nervous.  He had a very qualified attorney though.  The attorney was reassuring to the young man, told him how to present himself before the judge, etc.  Then the attorney presented a very sound argument that this expuge record florida so that the young man’s whole future would not be ruined.  He deserved a second chance, and because of such a great attorney, he got it.
